Want to say sorry

Just want to say sorry to one of my very good friend Dhiraj. Someone said me, "If you have hurt someone, you should not oppologise him in person. You should oppologise publicly so that whole world should know you have done a mistake. This will always remind you of not repeating the same mistake again."
So here I oppologise publicly to Dhiraj.
