The Utterances of a Peculiar Mindset

In innocence, we believe anything;
In wisdom, we reject everything;
In knowledge, we rise higher;
In behaviour, we are arrogant;
In anger, we inflict wounds;
In respentance, we weep;
In seeking favour, we are humble;
After gaining favour, we are proud;
In misfortune, the fortunate we envy;
In prosperity, the unfortunate we dislike;
All serious thoughts we soon erase,
Starting from a silly philosophy
